See Alaska Leopard Rainbow Trout Fly Fishing Action
March 28, 2008 | Leave a Comment
Here is a short video (under two minutes of running time) on two fly fishers enjoying some afternoon of Alaska fly fishing. The fisher guy was able to catch a leopard rainbow trout. As can be seen on the clip, such a beauty the rainbow trout really was.
Both anglers obviously were excited about their trophy trout catch, examining the fish carefully, marveling at its size, color and over-all beauty. A few minutes after, they deem it was time to go – and so the leopard rainbow, briefly hooked, was able to regain its freedom and swim away to the wide waters of the river.
Such is the beauty of catch-and-release fly fishing. You can definitely enjoy some Alaska fly fishing in many of its pristine, fertile rivers; you just have to visit one for a great and exciting and even memorable angling adventure.
